Made-to-Order Policy
All our garments are thoughtfully crafted to order to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.
As each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your purchased garment doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a one-time free size alteration under the following conditions:
Return the garment within 7 days of delivery.
Include a note specifying the required size adjustment (one size up or down only).
The garment must be unworn with tags and labels intact.
The first alteration is free, and Celestora will cover the return shipping cost back to you.
For any additional alterations, the customer is responsible for both sending the garment to Celestora and covering return shipping.
If the garment has been altered by a third party, Celestora’s alteration service becomes void. If further alterations are requested, all associated charges, including shipping, must be covered by the customer.
Processing time for alterations is 7–10 business days from the date we receive the garment.

All customized orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions and size details before placing your order.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and monitor calibration.
While we strive for accuracy, minor differences in shade may occur.
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Celestora for size alterations.
For the first alteration, return shipping back to the customer is covered by Celestora.
For any additional alterations, all shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless there is an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item/size).
Free return shipping is not available for international customers. All associated costs must be covered by the customer.
Please label returned parcels as “returned goods” to avoid extra customs duties.
To offer flexibility to international customers, we provide store credit (not refunds) under eligible circumstances.

Available only if the error is on Celestora’s part.

Cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another person.
Cannot be combined with discounts or promotional offers.
Applies to product value only, not shipping fees.
To be eligible, customers must provide an unedited video clearly showing the package being opened and the product issue.
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide an unedited video of the package being opened, clearly showing the defect.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, based on product availability.
If the defect is confirmed, Celestora will cover the return shipping charges.
If the item is found to be in good condition, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

While we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking, it offers better visibility and assurance.
