Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

Each order is crafted with precision and care. The total time to receive your order includes both processing and shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard Orders:
    Delivery in 7–12 business days (includes processing & shipping).

  • Party Wear & Custom Orders (Embroidered Lehengas & Custom-Designed Pieces):
    Delivery in 28–37 business days (includes processing & shipping).

  • Express Shipping (Add-On Service):
    Faster shipping after order dispatch. Note: processing time remains unchanged.

Express Shipping – Chargeable Add-On

Express Shipping is an optional, paid service that shortens the shipping time only. It does not reduce the time required to make the product.

  • Processing Time Remains the Same:

    • Standard Orders: 4–5 business days

    • Party Wear & Custom Orders: 25–30 business days

  • Shipping Time Reduction:

    • Domestic Orders: 1–2 business days after dispatch (vs. 3–7 days standard)

    • International Orders: 5–7 business days after dispatch (vs. 10–15 days standard)

  • Charges:
    Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Availability:

    • Available for select pin codes in India.

    • International express shipping is subject to courier availability.

  • The option for Express Shipping is available during checkout.

  • Customers will see estimated delivery timelines before making payment.

  • Additional charges for Express Shipping will apply based on delivery location.
